Returns must be requested within 14 DAYS of receipt. All items must be returned in original packaging, unworn and have all the original tags attached for return/refund consideration or authorization. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All refunds will be applied back to the original payment method. Please allow 7-14 business days for your refund to appear on your statement.
If you return a package that does not meet this criteria, it will be denied. Denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

You will need your order number, zip code, item(s) you are returning and reason for return.
• Upon approval of your return request you will receive an email with an RMA, along with a pre-paid label and instructions to send the item or items back to LAKRIS. We use FedEx or UPS for returns.
• LAKRIS is not responsible for return packages lost or stolen in transit. If the package is lost or stolen in transit back to our headquarters, LAKRIS will not issue a refund. Please be sure to securely package your return and drop off or request pick up with a postal carrier.
• Exchanges will be processed when your return is received and processed. We do not reserve any sizes or styles for exchanges. If item requested for exchange has sold out before your return is processed, you will get a refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from delivery, after the item(s) are quality assessed by our facility staff. You will receive a notification once the return is received and when the refund has been processed. Depending on your payment method, the refund will process within 3-14 business days after it has been issued, perhaps sooner.

If you are having trouble locating your package, please file a claim with Fedex.
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
How long does it take to process orders?
Please note all of our orders are made to order. All orders will begin processing within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-5 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental U.S. If you are located in Hawaii or Alaska, it will take about 2-4 weeks. Shipping time may vary depending on verification of order.
If you need your item(s) sooner, please select an expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we are processing your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.
An order may be canceled if the billing and shipping address do not match.
With our current free shipping promotion all domestic orders shipping within the U.S.A. receive free standard shipping.
Following credit card authorization and verification, you will receive your order within approximately 4-7 days (Monday through Friday). LAKRIS is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost in transit. Please be sure to deliver to a secure location.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST will arrive within 3-5 days (excluding holidays and weekends); pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed for overnight service before 3:00 PM PST will ship out the day ordered and will arrive the next day (excluding holidays and weekends); pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will ship the following business day. Please note, at this time Saturday delivery is not available.
